If you're Martin Blank you can just call us ;-)
The Lines
One, if not the, keys to the film's success is the terrific
dialogue & most of it makes us ROFLOL. Tell us who said the line/s
plus who to, what about & where (all if applicable)!
1.Character One : Her hair looks really nice
Character Two : Yeah it does, doesn't it
2. Ping, ping, ping. Bang, bang, bang. Popcorn!
3. Character One : I'm very serious about this process...and
I know where you live.
Character Two : Now that wasn't a nice thing to say,...
4. Character One : I thought it might be good for you. Open
some new accounts, network, you know...
Character Two : Don't tease me, you know what I do for a living
5. Everybody's coming back to take stock of their lives. You
know what I say? Leave your lifestock alone... (extra kudos if any of
you can add the rest of the quote)
6. (he) enjoys Native American art, Ballroom dancing and pornography
The Music

Another important aspect of the success of the movie, in my opinion,
is the use of some great 80's music on the soundtrack (makes it especially
endearing to those of us who remember when the music was first released
<g>). Below are lists of some of the tracks used in the film,
& of some of the scenes. How good's your memory, can you match them
up? As you'll see, the songs were rather appropriately used... Extra
kudos if you expand on my scene descriptions &/or tell us who performed
the songs. One song is used in two different scenes, if you're wondering
why the options aren't equal in number :-)
1. 99 Luftballons
2. Blister in the Sun
3. Live and Let Die
4. Mirror in the Bathroom
5. Let My Love Open the Door
6. Under Pressure
7. I Can See Clearly Now
8. Armagideon Time
9. Pressure Drop

Now, have some fun - say "this is me breathing and I am going to talk
about this film!"
What do you think makes the movie so special? On paper a hit-man wanting
to give up the business isn't that interesting, or doesn't even sound
funny.
