I will choose Unforgiven, directed by John Huston, and marvelously acted by Burt Lancaster, Audrey Hepburn, Audie Murphy, Lilian Gish, Charles Bickford

Why?? Because I have a special fondness for "westerns". I also admire Burt Lancaster as one of the most entertaining and enduring actors of the old millenium. No one can deny that John Huston was a great director, The African Queen as a prime example. Audrey Hepburn, I think every woman from that period wanted to look like Audrey Hepburn. Good actress and wonderful human being.

Give me a WESTERN (from the A list) and I'm most satisfied to be taken out of my own element for a few hours.

Burt Lancaster also did a few other westerns that I would place on the list, up next to "Unforgiven".

Gosh, where have all the westerns gone!?!?!?!? Was there a Western topic that I might have missed at one time? I admit that I don't get here often enough, real life keeps interfering.

Dare I even mention John Wayne Westerns. I love so many of them.
